As a painting company that specializes in sprayed finishes, we’ve developed a tried and true system to professionally refinish your cabinets.  We advertise this service as being able to produce like factory enamel finishes for your cabinets, at a fraction of the cost of replacement.

When the time comes to get serious about refinishing your cabinets, we start out by discussing your project, to understand what the desired outcome is.  Topics covered include colors, possible changes in hardware, problem areas, and co-ordination of the work.  We understand that the kitchen is the heart of a home, and we want to work closely with you to minimize the disruption of having the work done.

A typical run down of the steps taken are:
•Cabinets are cleaned and degreased where needed
•Door and drawer faces are removed to be worked on in an adjoining/nearby room
•Dustless HEPA filtered sanding is performed to ready the surfaces for primer
•Dings, scratches, etc. are filled and sanded
•The kitchen is masked off as needed in order to spray the finish system
•Primer is applied
•In between coat prep is done such as more filling, sanding and caulking
•Finish coats are applied
•Masking comes down and the work area is cleaned up and doors/drawers are re-installed

In order to finish the work quickly, we’ll be looking to completely mask off the kitchen plus one additional room, most times the dining room.  In this room, we set up a temporary spray/work room to work on all the drawer and cabinet faces.  Doing this minimizes your down time and eliminates the chance of damage during transit when working on items off-site.

We’ve invested in specialty equipment to produce fine sprayed finishes, to sand without dust blanketing your home, and to erect a complete racking station to work on your cabinet faces all on site.  We love detailed finish work, and these investments save us time so your cabinet refinishing job is done quicker.  Also, it allows us to bring you a service that is a cut above the competition.
