Action Painting & Restoration has a passion for working on the older properties in the greater Spokane area. In doing so, we’ve developed a specialty in restoration services. Restoration is hard to define in a nutshell. We like to say that it means taking your workmanship to the next level. It includes special steps to address problems on old materials, or stripping and removal of old failed coatings. It crosses over to faux and decorative finishes, and even into structural repairs and replacements, done ourselves or through our network of specialty contractors. We have relationships with people in different agencies overseeing the various historic registries, and we can be an ally in your journey of maintaining and improving your historically significant property.
